RMP Winx drill as a straight win/lose bet. It was going to go either up to a dollar or down to 1c. Anyone who did their research prior to buying in knew that and took on the risk. Anyone who didn't, shouldn't be in the oil exploration market in the first place and cannot complain now that the drill came up a duster.
And there are other tricks up RMP's sleeve but not necessarily soon while there definitely will need to be a cap raising in the headlights.
