I like that you think announcements can be strategically released whenever a CO feels like it, in an attempt to adjust the SP. Announcements deemed to be price sensitive must be made as soon as they are available, or the CO could face very heavy fines and possible delisting, as well as a heavy handed investigation from ASIC. The announcement will be made when the IRR has been completed and not one minute before. How the market receives the news and what happens to the SP, only time will tell.
