More proof that buying LIC’s at IPO is a fools game. Any fund manager that dares to IPO a fixed pool of capital should take the playbook of Magellan or VGI Partners who offered generous loyalty *shares* not worthless options for investing. Otherwise they will be walking away without raising their minimums.
