re: lsg/kcn/oxr - for acturtle it seems a very strange deal re Ocampo and largely unlikely to be enforced.

If BSG have spent $20 million on construction and are, say two months from production, it would be hard to imagine BSG losing the project because they are late.

yes agree BSG have a good repuation re fast tracking project and getting it done cheaply - mind you they have only done one in Georgia yes?

I think they will drop the dividend soon as their cash outflows over the next 12 to 18 months will be pretty severe. doesnt make sense to keep paying out cash when they will need every cent to get roseby and ocampo up and running.
