Yeah, the same reason a lot of small/early stage tech companies in Israel and Silicon Valley are listing here.
Much easier to raise funds of $5 to $10 mil without the vendors getting screwed over by venture capitalists.
Australians have a long history of providing capital to exploration companies and now we are doing that with tech companies.
