Your current market cap calculation for LSH is incorrect at 33c. There are approx 75M FPO excluding options etc.
RAPs product and market potential is completely different. RAP is in a ballpark with zero competitors, IP and huge barriers to entry. The BodyTel application, diabetes sensor and skin app has many competitors and is in a saturated market.
Revenues are useless if your cash burn is greater. A $4M budget for commercialising the app is no where near enough.
You're comparing apples with oranges. I sincerely hope it's third time lucky for holders, a pre-clinical app added does not add value to an already matured 2008 technology.
Each to their own, time will tell.
