    LST and BDR are in a trading halt apparently b/c LST is exercising its pre-emptive right via BDR to buy Cracow. How are they going to fund it?.....by selling their 21% stake in ALB and putting ALB in full takeover play.

    Isn't that like telling the market you have bought a new house before putting your existing house up for sale? Shows enormous confidence by LST that they will sell their ALB stake at a big price....hmmm, isn't ALB just the easiest buy on the market right now.
