An EGM is the most effective short-term way to put pressure on the Board, hopefully before it is too late. The Board and its members past and present need to be conscious that they are going to be held accountable for their disastrous ineptitude. It is also time the Regulators were brought in in the light of the huge personal payouts prior to the collapse.
