I like this company because I believe in the EV world we are moving into. Volt and other graphite and lithium companies are springing up everywhere and this is because they acknowledge this shift. I own 2 other graphite stocks - HZR and SYR. With regards to Volt I like it because they have a tenement close to an under-utilised port and with sealed roads - this is significant. The management seem to be keeping their promises regards timelines and this provides an under-pinning of trust in the company. Whether they succeed to the fullest extent no-one knows.

The 3PL agreement for mining to me means that the cost of getting the product out of the ground will be a variable cost per ton. The cost of setting up the production site will be to the account of the 3PL operator. The 3PL will charge an agreed cost per ton for extraction and movement to port. The minimum requirement they will likely ask for is power, water and access to the site from the nearby sealed road. I do this type of work and that is what I would look for.

The DFS and BFS will no doubt confirm what they know/hope for. The reserves will likely increase as they go down this verification pathway.

Now we have a binding agreement, this means to me that broker reports will follow and as this company is moving into production it will be uprated. This week, next week or in a few months but that is the process.

From a downside point of view, I look for departing executives, problems with planning and licensing approvals and of course what their competitors are up to.

Short term traders and shorters of course have a different set of priorities and thats ok.
