There are about 30 million of them and they were issued at the end of Feb 2015 as part of a capital raising at the time, their exercise date is no later than 31 March 2016 and they were not transferable so not listed. Dilution of current issue? About 20% if one wants to try and guess what price they will be diluting from, easier to look at dilution of issued shares.
Worth noting some may well have exercised their options already and some may have even sold as well and with the current "dairy" premium put on anything associated with cow milk who knows whether dilution would be the right description, perhaps opening up market liquidity would be a better expression.
