He achieved, under his reign as CEO one of the smoothest transitions of an RTO ever recalled and also as Head of Asia a Share price that rocketed from 3c to 11c AND most signifcantly kept the board credible and honest. I still cant believe people think he 'failed' when XPE was ticking over beautifully and not spreading their wings too hard and fast. He had the company in great shape and anybody who thinks otherwise is delusional.
