would be interesting to compile these numbers over an extended period and see if they provide any value as an indicator. when everyone is so overwhelmingly positive (like tonight) would tend to think the market will do the opposite. Would like to put my hand up to keep track, but dont have enough time.
would be a useful exercise i would think. Maybe they could track it in the hotcopper database itself somehow. would think hc is very good microcosm of the whole market
