I'd expect somewhere between Next Mon and the 13th there'll be positive news on LT.
The Co. will have their own reasons for ensuring that as many shareholders as possible take up the rights rather than let them all slide thru to the underwriters.
This would have been taken into consideration when the timing/dates were set.
