I wouldn't carry on from there really. A harami is a candle completely enclosed in the overall spread including the wicks of the previous bar, the chart you are commenting on has no such occurence in the last two weekly bars.
If by chance the lower wick of the last bar did fall in the range of the previous bar the pattern would still not be a bullish harami as per your post. A bullish harami pattern is a two bar pattern with the first bar being a large spread red bar followed by a small spread green harami bar. It fails on the first bar.
I don't wonder why you are getting some negative feedback on charting.
