Ew is a handy tool dont gety me wrong , I have mentioned many times on the other charting thread , I use it to get a good entry, usually when corrective waves 2 & 4 or abc 5 has been confirmed as finished, but you dont have to go to all that trouble mums and dads, here is my moving average system stripped down to bollinger bands , candle sticks and most importantly volume , which is the REAL truth meter for SP appreciation.
This is a synopsis of my BUY & SELL for LTR so far.........
For my first BUY, the 5 , 9ema cross 20sma activated that decision, so did the big red candle @ the top of the bollie band activated the SOLD decision, I missed the other trade as the funds were put in another stock which also gave me a BUY signal ( cie la V ), but if I was on that run, then the wick of that candle @ the top of the bollie band would have been my signal to get out ( black arrow ) and finally, rinse repeat, another 5., 9 ema cross 20 to activate my next BUY.
Its that simple, and it can be done on every stock, index, etc.................universally................DYOR!
You can strip moving averages bear or you can tweak it with EW, trend lines, fibonacci, bollie bands, patterns, ....the choice is yours.!
