I guess that's the reason why I don't always agree with Bulkowski. Even his research results can be based on those IMO questionable interpretations and so the failure rate comes out accordingly, but then who am I. My remaining question though is how does a consolidation start, before in this case the interim top is reached?
I will leave it at that and go with the following quote by Jesse Livermore once again, "Most people, whether bull or bear, when they are right, are right for the wrong reason, in my opinion."
