Well all of Toms books are based on American stocks generally with much larger market caps than the ones here in Oz so I imagine his patterns although relevant to all markets would get different failure rates than what we see here.
Patterns I think are secondary indicators at the moment as I mentioned in my other post - nothing much happening until it clears either the resistance or supports shown below - obviously just my opinion
