Sorry NM, I think that is wrong.
No-one can make a takeover bid at a price lower than they (or an associate) has bought a LTR share in the previous 4 months.
Gina has disclosed buying @ or around $3, so is still constrained, and would have to offer that or more.
I don't believe we know for sure whether ALB or others bought shares and at what price, in past 4 months.
