    Liquidity is tighter than many might think, but still enough for BEOT to wreak havoc.
    Top 20 have 51%. This has been constant for as long as I can remember. Some in the top 20 have other significant holdings outside the top 20. Add in the HAPC members and other loyal holders and I'd guess at least 70% are locked up. However, this would still leave >500mil shares which aren't.
    Liquidity is good. You need it if you want to sell.
    I agree the markets appear heavily manipulated. Anyone with shares in MCR would probably be feeling this now. Shares appear to have been pushed down from over $2 to near $1, only to suddenly receive and opportunistic TO offer at $1.40. Future market uncertainty used as one of the main reasons shareholders should take the offer.
    We are lucky TG and the board have a lot of skin in the game and have integrity. They are aligned with our interests. We just need to follow their lead and hang on. Recession or no recession, the future is enormous.
