If we see a sell down in his CHN holding then we'll know it's a possibility. He won't want to be diluted being so close to production. So a capital raise is very unlikey. Even more so to me now you have pointed out what he would need to put in to avoid dilution, so thank you.
They have a lot of options. It would be fantastic if they got early clarity on the DSO and how quickly they could get that to market. That would put them in a better postion with negotiating a 4th offtake. They are still in a strong postion regardless. Ford will probably get first option on the extra tonnes, TO sort of intimited they will look to their current partners first. There will also be plenty others wanting those tonnes, so LTR's postion in negotiations still very strong imo. The 4th offtake is nearly as much as CXO's entire production which just goes to show how big we will be. We might have to forgo our spot tonnes if we end up negotiating a 4th offtake attached with another cheap loan is my thinking. They may also elect to go with a government or institutional loan and keep their spot tonnes, given the DSO should be able to pay back the addtional loan quickly.
I reckon next announcement will be positive. Shorts running out of time. Can't see them persisting any longer than mid year. Project execution key.
