That was probably one of the most exciting closing price auctions I've seen in some time. $33 million I think fundies will have to take a good hard look at their short exposure across the lithium sector, especially with equity markets being in oversold territory and ripe for acquisition (hostile or civilised). That said I'm on the sidelines at the moment and have been watching some of the acquisitions in the O&G sector, and have also been following the short interest across the lithium sector and this is hard to take my eyes away from. I don't think the show is over yet, and I can imagine some LTH's here are feeling very vindicated after shorters have been depressing price for quite some time by the looks of things.

To be honest I don't know why anyone would still be shorting this one when another company is trying to acquire it, unless the shorting was part of the acquisition attempt, and that seems like a dangerous game to play.
