In regards to the buildup of short positions again....
Could it be that - being a short seller, and you therefor don't have a proper job and you have to mumble and scrape your foot when your mum ask what you really do for a living - that then you are possibly more like a gambler, mentally?
If so,then it would explain the compulsory need to come back to the roulette table and try to "win back your losses" after you have been burned.
