I tend to agree @Margaret63 . I think the $5 days are now passed as LTR SP should be at least $5 by production commencement in 12 months - even more with resource upgrade (Bul & KV), DSO deal or other pending news. How about $5 cash + 1 WES share for every 20 LTR's held as a starting offer?
