the reason i keep going on about the vwap..its the most obvious tool to guage if the offer from albermale is fair...The vwap sits above the $3 offer and it will stay that way if anything it will increase in the coming months to highlight the disparity of the ALB offer to the current average weighted price.as i have said ALB deal dead in the water they will have failed on thid issue...
