Love the idea. My suggestion is a brief letter to Stephen Jones MP, Assistant Treasurer and Minister for Financial Services i.e. ASIC is in his portfolio. Also suggest copying it to the Liberal Senator Andrew Bragg who has been tearing into ASIC through the oversight committee for some time.
I think having absolute clarity of the issue will be paramount to getting their attention & the letter's title. Something maybe like:
Billionaire shorting of ASX ripping off Mum & Dad investors.
Needs work, but you know what I mean.
