Great move Kikker. I'm a bit past retirement and have been using LTR as an ATM for some time - but a fat bird in the hand is good as you get older. So most of mine have gone.
I suspect there are quire a few LTH taking retirement or partial retirement from LTR.
I have kept my original 100,000 parcel which cost me $5k. That way I at least have an interest in KV as it develops.
