Yes cobalt p, I also noticed same joker over there on PLS prior to using my HC Ignore. I have suggested to HC Feedback that these posters with agendas really need a third status option (in addition to just Held & Not held) on the disclosure info to more clearly identify their position and possible motives. A 'Shorting' or 'Borrowed' category would do the job nicely and warn the inexperienced & newbies investors. LTR and other lithium plays are especially being taken advantage of with the current disclosure limitation.
