yes short supply for Li. (Based on actual commissioned/ soon to be commissioned plants).
no - i do not think production straight away - which I why I stated 12-18 months away. (Naturally there will be teething issues - agreed).
on your final point - yes this goes without saying, however we are not in that position yet to know what our true run costs are.
hence why the share is valued (undervalued) right now.
