BoD indicated that there will be no news about financing till end of March. You may imagine they are struggling to seal a deal, but it’s not plain view, just your biased imagination. They have time to do it, not need to hurry, just wait for the expected (lithium price recovery after the Chinese New Year) to happen, and negotiate a new deal from a stronger position. Any other company or people will have done the same.
