That means nothing but, the more shares shorted/sold, the less are in shorters' hands.
Keeps this going until shorting shares are exhausted, just like what's happening on PLS - shorting amount stuck flat at 20% and pretty hard to go up for weeks.
Then, only one thing left - all the best luck for shorters who need to buy back all the sold amount to cover their positions.
