To the practical investor, there are only more buy 'bids' than sell 'bids' to be ascertained from the market depth figures. The number of actual sellers/bidders involved remains unknown, plus there are invariably ridiculous old bids in the count, plus 'planted' bids that get withdrawn by bots when it suits. Not something I would consider very reliable as a guide.
