All cross trades broker inhouse still need to be reported by 8.15 am a.e.s.t. the following day.
Even if they block or Xtrades are covered LTR SP will rise dramatically as shorts drop off. The long traders will be all over this with bucket loads of new capital.
Late notifications regarding LTR at the moment will be a hot topic and closely watched..
