I know mention has been made of how Gina bought out Atlas by takeover. Not much mention was made that Twiggy also held a similar amount just under 20% and in the end she offered more than Twiggy as a takeover. In those bad old days iron ore hit sub $40 so it was difficult for smaller companies to even survive.

IMO LTR is a different kettle of fish as the future for lithium is incredibly bright despite being manipulated by a few different parties, Gina included.This is a state of the art operation and I will not be surprised if someone comes from left field and soon.
