When the "cycle" (love how you've all adopted that) looks to be even remotely like changing in a positive direction - I will be the first to admit it.
Will Liontown survive long enough in it's current form to witness that? No - I do not believe so.
REAL concrete demand is not your problem. Drastically & overenthusiastically espoused demand forecasts on the other hand - are another thing, with far too much latent supply firming up the very sizeable rear...
The Global macro getting worse by the day.
This has not reached its lows.
