The EU vote on imposing tariffs on China. Made EVs
The headline tariffs are 37 percent plus 10 percent however these tariffs vary on different manufacturers.
Tesla is at 7 percent.
These tariffs stay in place for 5 years.
Germany which has moved car manufacturing to China VW will not be voting for tarrifs.
There will be intense lobbying and retaliation of sanctions on European goods if China EV face imposition.
while tomorrows vote isn’t final its will be a good indicator of the outcome.
