Indeed. If you haven't followed along, one of his chief narratives is that 'someone' is shorting the stock, so that there can be a 'cheap' takeover bid, because KV is the best lithium mine in the world, etc. Meanwhile, thanks to Gina's blocking stake (which clearly is a blocking stake, despite his fantasies) Livent, SQM, PLS and now RIO have all looked elsewhere for their M&A activity. I can only suppose that since he was exhorting all and sundry not to entertain the $3/sh offer, now that the landscape has changed he's wishing he'd taken a different approach...
