Uhmm not overnight, they’ve been cooking stuff. Kudos to the LTM management for keeping the lid, with that accountants are good, they can keep secrets (with seeming exception of PwC and now allegedly a Deloitte staff disclosing confidential emails haha)
the LTM deal is expected to be completed mid-2025 - but hundreds of ex-Kidman holders know that’s just formality for the paperwork’s and regulatory approvals and more importantly…….it won’t prevent individual holders selling tonight at the takeover price, yes within a few hours, in the US and tomorrow morning by Aust shareholders
So floodgates will open in this direction first thing tomorrow
