75% is the target for a suitor for compulsory acquisition which can only be achieved if TG, his friends and family, TO, LG and other large holders plus many on HC all agree to support the price. A suitor, in my experience, will only proceed with an offer here with the Board's support. IMO the Board will strongly reject anything less than $3 and fight hard against it. A hostile bid will not succeed here.
