Agreed my friend, it is what it is and the powers that be clearly won't do anything about it.

But it is the sheer hypocrisy of the action that rankles with me.

As individual retail investors we are powerless here. We don’t have the means or the trading tools required.

Imagine though if the Tim’s, Gina’s and Twiggy’s of this world who have the means and the motive, were allowed to push a share price up and up, one share at a time, hundreds of times during a single day.

That is of course market manipulation and quite rightly ILLEGAL.

OK of course for others with the means and the motive to do EXACTLY the same thing to push a price DOWN for their own benefit.

Yep, nothing to see here…
