What if it skips your buy price altogether on its way up?
Entry points can rooly be painful if missed. Shoulda Woulda Coulda.
I missed one at $1.65 (and so did others who bought almost a half billion dollars worth), but guess what?
Mine are eligible for 50% CGT discount mid-April 2023.
Let's see now, 20% times hypothetical $200k equals $40k minus 10% discount, equals $20k to me - Noice.
The discount for a $1M transaction could be serious money. Yes!
