Don't forget that the media and their journalists invariably tend to just regurgitate and embellish stories based upon whatever few facts they manage to latch onto, regardless of the reliability of their sources, and focussing on what sells best and who advertises most. The facts are of little interest to media folk unfortunately. This has been pretty evident for years now with Australian media taking so long to provide objective coverage of the EV revolution, largely due to fear of losing lucrative advertising from big spending oil firms & certain fossil fuel focussed vehicle suppliers imo.
