You cant compare LTR to SYA. Their resource is 100mt or so at 1.05% and in Quebec. (You know what Tony thinks of that location) Half of that resource needs to go to PLL at $900 a tonne. They have a SOI of 9B ( so not tight with 65% retail) and $90m in the bank. With a MC of $2b they are well valued I say!.
