Yeah that's where my understanding runs out @anatol in the opening thread says they pay paltry 2.62%pa interest, so I make that $17.5K/day interest. (180m x $1.35 x 2.62%)/365

So shorts are staring at a ~72m loss right now with a daily cost of $17.5k interest, say half a mill per month across the sweating pack of them.

I hope they cut and run early, but totally on board with your view of unlimited time especially for the institutions. Although a few dozen margin calls for the individual players next week would be sweet and, cut that unlimited time.
