Looking at @grasschoppa figures...
Since the offer was made public 398,411,595 shares have traded. (Including day of offer)
If we assume that 25% of these trades are just manipulation back and forth we can take roughly 100,000,000 from this figure.
This leaves around 300,000,000 shares that COULD have been accumulated for ALB. No other buyers seems VERY unlikely so this figure is probably impossibly high. A guess could be around half say 150,000,000 or about 7%
TG has 15% or around 330,000,000
So if ALB are serious.With the publicised 4.4% how many could they have now? 12% ?
Lots of assumptions, interesting to see how it plays out.
