please see what they are doing in canada - the campaign to save canadian mining with a billion dolllar lawsuit against the naked shorters.
dont let anyone tell you naked shorting isnt going on in LTR. It is. Selling shares youve borrowed is bad enough but selling shares nobody owns just to suppress the price so some greedy fatcats can take over the company at a fraction of its real price is evil
