Growth potential of LTR looks mouth watering when comparing to CXO. Correct me if im wrong.
CXO 2.2bn
FINNIS15Mt @ 1.3% 8.85Mt Measured/Indicated
COST INCLUDING FREIGHT $364/tonne
173,000 TPA
10 YEAR MINE LIFE
Q4 2022 PRODUCTION
LTR - $3.65bn
KATHLEEN VALLEY 156Mt @ 1.4%124Mt Measured/Indicated
COST INCLUDING FREIGHT $314
500,000 TPA
24 YEAR MINE LIFE
Q2 2024 PRODUCTION
LTR also has 15Mt @ 1% at Buldania (Same as CXO's total resource) close to rail/infrastructure (will this eventually be worth $2b also once producing??)
For a very crude comparison just to illustrate seen as they are similar economics IMO
CXO - Estimated 3,250,000 tonnes of 6% lithium oxide
In ground value at $3,000 AUD - $9.75bn or 4 x market cap
LTR - Estimated 36,400,000 tonnes of 6% lithium oxide
In ground value at $3,000 AUD - $109.2 bn or 30 x market cap
Is this the premium one can expect when 6 months away from production??
