After placing an order a couple of weeks back, I got this:
"thank you for your order. We’d like to inform you that we have sent you Lubricen® knee 4pack, but only one, not all five as you’ve ordered. We’d like to acknowledge our mistake and apologise for it. There has been a mix up in the warehouse during processing your order and only one 4pack was shipped. We will sort this out as soon as possible and dispatch you the rest in no time. Once again, we are very sorry for this situation and hope it won’t cause any trouble for you. Have a nice day,"
I also didn't get a response to my inquiry about becoming a distributor.
Need to have the service as well as the product!
