Received mine from the local PO this morning. As she passed the parcel over I asked her if she had bad knees which she advised she has problems with one knee & is currently taking Ibuprofen to which I said not anymore....or at least the next 4 days so she was very happy to become my lab rat. I'll repost back when I see her next however also gave some to a mate with bad knees & looking forward to see what they think.
