I completely agree, company benefits are beyond comprehension.
Taking another company AUQ the chief of that pile of unmentionable detritus is putting $600,000+ in his pocket p.a. and he doesn't even have the courtesy to communicate to his shareholders for months on end.

company directors and CEO's generally seem to have compensations far beyond either their performance or capabilities yet the situation is tolerated by major shareholders - they must have money to burn. Personally I'd be up their backsides with a poker everyday until I got some actual work out of them.
