They design the packs but LG Chem manufactures the battery for them based on their specs. it's noted in their press release. They are also using LG's cylindrical cells to avoid supply issues and to fit into their compact design. Important to understand that there are numerous suppliers for synthetic graphite globally in every part of the world and there's over 1000 patents for silicon-typed anodes. Hope NVX can carve out a good segment in the competitive market primarily in US and maybe in EU.
